A fully automated information exchange to Business Central by industry standard technologies for distributed systems is dispensing the user from manual import/export or low level operations.

incadea Automotive 365 Aftersales allows the dealer to access a wide range of services provided by automotive manufacturer systems, leveraging incadea Automotive Cloud services as unified platform provided by incadea.

This app requires the incadea Automotive365 Base app to be installed.

incadea Automotive 365 Aftersales adds three new roles to Business Central focusing fully on Aftersales:
  • Aftersales Backoffice, keeping aftersales operators up to date about workshop activities ongoing and providing process steps for finalization on Business Central side up to invoicing

  • Aftersales Manager, focusing on business results and KPIs of the aftersales department by monitoring revenues and value of work-in-progress.

  • Aftersales Parts Manager, focusing on the demands for parts from the workshop, parts reservations and organize picking for workshops.
